- Flexible Work Schedule: The flexible work schedule is at the heart of our commitment to help you find your ideal work-life balance. We know everyone has different needs, so whether you need to work remotely or adjust your hours to accommodate the carpool, our flexible work schedule is designed to make life easier.
- Profit-Sharing: Good work should be rewarded. Our employees help us to reach our financial goals through hard work and dedication, so a portion of our profits go into a bonus pool that all employees participate in.

- Pre-Tax Health Savings Account: As part of our health care plan, we provide a pre-tax Health Savings Account (HSA). The HSA allows you to set aside pre-tax dollars for medical expenses and invest that money just like you would with a retirement account. - Simple IRA Plan: We provide a Simple IRA for each of our employees and will match your contribution, up to 3 percent of your annual salary, from day one.
